By accessing or using Venoframe's services, website, or any related content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
Venoframe provides digital marketing services including local SEO, paid advertising management, website design, social media management, and email marketing. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Payments & Billing
All fees are due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Refund policies vary by service and are detailed in individual contracts.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials created by Venoframe remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement. Third-party tools and platforms remain subject to their respective licenses.
5. Limitation of Liability
Venoframe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we work diligently to improve your search rankings and marketing performance, we cannot guarantee specific results due to the nature of search algorithms and market conditions.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services as outlined in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due. Client data and materials will be returned or deleted per the client's request within 30 days.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data only as necessary to provide our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
